Becoming a new parent is an exciting and joyful experience. It is also demanding, overwhelming, and downright hard. Mood swings after baby is born are normal and for many, post-baby emotions level out within a few weeks. But, for others, the feelings of depression and anxiety can continue for longer periods of time.

 

If you are pregnant or have recently had a baby and are feeling depressed, anxious, or guilty most of the time, a counsellor at hp counselling and consultation can help you explore these difficult emotions and the thoughts and behaviors that may be maintaining them.
