Grief

 

Is there abnormal normal way to grieve? I don't think so. But, for some, their grief makes it more difficult for them to move on with their lives. There is no wrong way to grief the loss of a loved one but if you are struggling to move forward a counsellor can help you process your emotions in a way that ensures that you can grieve the loss in a way that allows you to maintain your health and wellbeing.
